Global CO2 Reduction is focused on developing forestry projects that are eligible for generating Carbon Offsets. The company is experienced in sourcing underutilized agricultural and degraded land, establishing strong agreements with landowners for the afforestation and maintenance/monitoring programs, and developing methodology and project documents to enroll in Carbon Offsetting Mechanisms. The company has become involved in Carbon Offsetting markets since its inception and has developed two international projects to date. Below are some highlights of the Company:

- Global CO2 Reduction ("GCR") is currently managing projects in Poland and Canada and working on identifying potential forestry projects with similarly favorable economics;

- GCR's Northern Poland Afforestation Offset Project has generated 1,517,000 ISO-Validated Emission Reductions;

- GCR is continuing to aggregate environmental benefits from landowners and preparing Project Design Documents for its Southern Poland Afforestation Offset Project, phase II of it Northern Poland Afforestation Offset Project;

- GCR expects to aggregate approximately 3,000 hectares per year in Poland over the next 5 years for inclusion in its afforestation projects; and

- GCR is also exploring opportunities to implement Improved Forest Management and Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation projects in other areas including Asia, India and Africa for the generation and sale of carbon offsets in both the compliance and the voluntary markets.
