Avigo Resources Corp. (“Avigo” or “the Company”) – Avigo has entered into an agreement dated October 31, 2007 (the “Agreement”) to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Carbon Friendly Solutions Inc. (“CFS”) a private environmental company focused on global carbon emission reduction solutions (the “Transaction”).
EcoSecurities carried out a first assessment of the project eligibility and additionally under the Joint Implementation flexible mechanism under the Kyoto Protocol.
On December 17, 2006 Carbon Friendly™ Solutions signed a contract with EcoSecurities BV to complete the feasibility study of the carbon removal potential of reforestation activities in Poland.
