KASHUE is “The National Administration of the Emission Trading Scheme” in Poland and was established by the Institute of Environmental Protection agency on behalf of the Polish Ministry of Environment.  KASHUE is responsible for calculating all the Country’s emissions and determining Poland’s National Allocation Plan (“NAP”) in accordance with the European Commission (EC) for Kyoto’s new emission target limits.
